Help in creating designs for client’s pool/hardscape/landscape

Cooperating with Sales Team

Drawing the design concept in Dynascape which is a CAD based program designed specifically for Landscaping. CAD background is necessary.

Using CAD to read architectural drawings. Ensure that construction plans for a building or structure are technically sound and correct. Details of plans and drawings are accurate before construction progresses to the next step.

3d Renderings using SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe and Lumion

Site visits to take pictures and drop off material samples.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD based programs and be able to read and scale blueprints to provide take-offs to the Sales Team. Collecting drawings, data, and notes involved in each project, drafting building plans, layouts for exteriors and designating landscaping. Candidates need to be self-motivated, task oriented, creative, and hardworking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
