Requirements

We are searching for a candidate with:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in production planning or supply chain management is a plus.

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

· Familiarity with inventory management systems and production planning software.

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills in data analysis and problem-solving.

· Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if required).

· Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required to meet production deadlines.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the quality and integrity of production processes.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination between different departments.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues and make timely decisions to meet production deadlines.

· Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, including production scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.

· Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

· Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials between various departments, ensuring the timely completion of production orders.

· Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands and prioritize urgent orders.

· Collaborate with master Scheduler, Supervisors/Team Leads, and other stakeholders to plan and schedule production activities.

· Coordinate with stock room to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed minimizing production delays.

· Communicate production status, delays, and issues to relevant stakeholders, including management, sales teams, and customers.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including work orders, production reports, and inventory logs.

· Assist in the preparation of daily reports and presentations for the Manufacturing manager.

· Monitor employee’s time sheet during payroll for any discrepancy before submitting.
