**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Superintendent open to growth opportunities and motivated by success and a dynamic team environment.

**Duties:**

-Lead and carry out golf-specific maintenance tasks

-Manage, maintain, and enhance an elaborate irrigation system to uphold and improve course conditions

-Direct a team of laborers to increase producitvity and effectiveness

**Skills:**

- Vast and growing irrigation system installation and repair prowess

- Spray Tech Certification

- Training in golf specific maintenance

- Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team

- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and adapt to changing conditions and demands
