KVC Missouri Residential Treatment Center: Springfield, MO
Shift: Evenings (3:00PM to 11:00PM)
Schedule: 3 nights per week, no weekends
Base Pay: $34-$40 per hour Shift Premiums

- Weekday PM: Monday through Friday - $3 per hour
Job Summary
As an RN in our residential treatment facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and adolescents ages 6-20 with behavioral health challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing immediate, routine, and emergency healthcare services.
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and assessing patients' physical and emotional well-being.
- Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
- Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
