Qualifications

• Associates Degree (AA) and three to four years experience or Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university and two years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand, interpret, develop and manipulate accounting concepts
• Experience with a hotel preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
• Develop and manage the hotel's budget and financial plans.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

Job Type: Full-time
