- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Present, promote and sell product/services using objection strategy to existing and prospective customers.
- Assist Retail Sales Manager in exceeding Team KPIs of set Sales Targets – Add On Sales – Quote Conversions – Customer Call Back Sales Conversions – Installation Sales.
- Expedite the resolution of a customer’s problem or complaint to maximize satisfaction.
- Understanding of the fitment of all products, in conjunction with Ironman 4x4 fitting instructions when applicable with a sound understanding of Workshop expectations and operations.
- Booking of Workshop jobs, including time and parts allocation with a focus on minimizing Workshop idle time. And understanding of installation times applied to the Workshop vs invoicing labor to a customer.
- Stay current and knowledgeable of new product to market – features and benefits and sales techniques to support while also acquiring a sound knowledge of industry competitor’s comparative product.
- To keep the showroom clean and fresh. Display new products in prominent position in the showroom and rotate product specials and stock to give the regular customers a different feel each time they visit the Showroom.
- Assist in any administration tasks as required. Ensuring accurate assessment and application of all internal administration requirements such as Warranty – Product Concerns – GVM onboarding – Mechanics Desk – CRM – Fleet (internal and external) are completed.
