Key Responsibilities
- You will contribute to the highest level of customer engagement through sales results and supervising the store team. Maximizing and achieving sales goals while monitoring results against key targets.
- Ensure constant availability of merchandise and services.
- Maximize and manage scheduling of installation services.
- You will assist in providing leadership, direct coaching, feedback within the team.
- You model and inspire a consumer centric mindset by setting an example through genuine customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the Ironman 4x4 product line and third-party products.
- Maximize Ironman 4x4 s in-store presence by working with the retail staff to ensure all fixture programs are prepared and project-managed for on-time delivery.
- Under the direction of the VP of Retail, ensures compliance and adherence to policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directives.
- Protects company assets. ensures compliance with company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.
