What you'll be doing as a Housekeeper:
•Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, and any interior common areas such as a business center, fitness center, and laundry room
•Maintain the cleanliness of model apartments and make sure tour routes look exemplary at all times
•Assist in make-ready procedures including cleaning vacant apartments
•Clean exterior areas such as elevators and mailbox area
•Assist in policing the grounds to maintain curb appeal

•Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
•Good safety habits
•Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
