We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a customer-focused environment, managing inventory, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring that all sales goals are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Ensure store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
• Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Analyze financial data to maximize profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
