Job Overview:
Our Santa Cruz, California office is seeking a staff Environmental Scientist II. This is a full-time, hourly position with a mixture of in-office work and fieldwork primarily located within the San Francisco Bay area. This position includes long field days and occasional overnight hotel stays. The selected candidate will work closely with project team members on water quality monitoring, stormwater monitoring, and sediment sampling projects. This position offers the opportunity to apply creative problem-solving skills, and rewards individual initiative, thoroughness, and leadership. KEI offers a generous benefits package including paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, a dental/vision health reimbursement account, life and accidental death insurance, as well as a 401k profit sharing program.
