Washington County Regional Medical Center has provided patient-centered care to the community for 61 years. Our hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated employees who will continue providing high quality care to our patients. WCRMC is a licensed general acute care facility with 56 hospital beds and a 60-bed extended care facility.
Washington County Regional Medical Center's Registration Department is in search of a Patient Access Manager with excellent verbal and written communication skills, managerial skills, as well as computer knowledge.
Duties:
The Patient Access Manager is responsible for hiring, training and supervising the Registration Department (including inpatient, outpatient, ER and Pre-Certification). Collaborates with other departments to develop and improve processes to support patient care and deliver excellent customer service.
Performs other duties as assigned.
