WCRMC is a licensed general acute care facility with 56 hospital beds and a 60-bed extended care facility.

Washington County Regional Medical Center's MSP Department is in search of a Full-Time Nurse Manager! This position provides an opportunity to learn new skills in regard to improving organizational performance and maintenance of nursing standards within the MSP department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Manage the allocation of resources, including staffing levels, equipment, and supplies.
• Stay updated on current healthcare trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license to practice registered professional nursing in the State of Georgia.
• Demonstrates leadership experience.
• Ability to perform physical and critical thinking aspects of position.
