Responsibilities and Duties:

By employing lean manufacturing techniques, visual controls, and performance measures, the goal is to meet production targets and drive continuous improvement. The position requires providing leadership for resolving issues to enhance improvements and foster better working relationships.

The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing operational performance through continuous improvement of production processes. Responsibilities include developing policies and procedures to minimize costs and maximize production, overseeing manufacturing processes, and identifying opportunities for efficiency optimization. Qualifications and Benefits:
