We are looking for :
Under direct supervision the Associate Dispatcher is responsible for various dispatching and administrative tasks in relation to receiving and transmitting information pertaining to field work schedules.
The incumbent will assign emergent and non-emergent work and complete all supporting actions in line with the operations manual.
The Associate Dispatcher is also responsible for coordination of communications and information operating a variety of communication equipment including two-way radios, pagers, cell phones, and personal computers to receive, prioritize, schedule and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls for service and coordinate internal and external agencies, vendors, and equipment for field crews.
The Associate Dispatcher supports field leadership by assessing and recommending field resource adjustments, overtime needs, and communicating with internal / external customers.
