Atlanta Painting Company is looking for performance and people-driven superintendent to develop painters, implement new ideas, and help guide customers to the best paint project they can have.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple painting crews & projects

• Interface & communicate with customers & crews daily

• Daily job site visits

• Customer service & problem resolution

• Participate in weekly meetings to review past completed projects

• Daily communication to VP of Operations/office on the status of jobs

• Weekly payroll management for painting crews

• Training/Interviewing new painting crews

• Quality control & enforcement of company standards on all job sites

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 annual salary (based upon experience), Gas Reimbursement, Bonus potential (commission-based paid out monthly).
