- Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions such as Store Support and Visual.
- Monitor all activities for the prevention of theft and fraud within the store and warehouse areas.
- Assist in the preparation of the budget, analyze trends, and track gross margin as well as other finance-related tasks.
- Assists with annual inventory and periodic cycle count.
- Drives to house calls and assists with occasional deliveries - Must have clean MVR.
- Assists in the training of new employees serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Visual Ambassador in the showroom.
- Three years of experience in design or luxury retail environment minimum required with at least two years in a supervisor role preferred.
- Knowledge of the design industry including knowledge of fabrics and applications and general design practices preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good computer skills – knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word required.
- Ability to use general technical equipment such as phone, tablet, iPad, desktop, laptop, etc.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, professional demeanor are required.
