Position Overview :

The primary goals of the Caregiver Supervisor will be to recruit, screen, hire, schedule, and retain caregivers for both of our two float pools (North Metro / South Metro).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Serves as the float pools supervisor. This includes but not limited to; hiring, scheduling, retaining caregiver employees.
• Develops and follows a clear and defined process of recruiting, screening, setting up training and hiring quality caregivers.
• Assist the community Housing Director source and screen candidates.
• Ensures appropriate caregiver staff to cover shifts for both float pools.
• Help maintain scheduling software within Sling.
• Manage PTO and call offs.
• Assist with client satisfaction surveys to housing directors.
• Assist with scheduling caregiver training and evaluations.
• Serve as emergency contact for housing directors on caregiver staffing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Available 24x7 for emergency on-call duties.
• Conducting onsite visits checking in with the pool staff, doing supervisory checks

REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience with recruitment.
• Experience with staff leadership.
• Experience with staff scheduling.
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to clearly communicate with prospective and active caregivers via telephone, email, and in person.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment, while following standards and guidelines.
• Experience with staff leadership and engagement.
• Available 24x7 for emergency on-call duties.
• Able to provide reliable transportation for in-person interviews at our communities.
