Accounting Manager

LHH is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee a team of accountants at a growing company in Roseville, Minnesota. This role will begin with training in office, then have the ability to flex to a hybrid schedule being 2 days in office. The accounting manager will be looked to clean up and implement new processes, collaborate with the FP&A department, and lead the team with a strategic and dynamic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement and clean up processes
• Ensure team is utilizing accounting tools and software efficiently
• Leading and reviewing the accounting close process
• Assist the Controller in implementing strong practices
• Lead the year end audit process

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience

• 5 years of accounting experience
• Management experience preferred
• CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred
• Medical device industry a plus

Skills

• People leader
• Light cost accounting understanding- distribution center or warehouse cost

Compensation/Benefits

• $115,000-$130,000
