Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments / tasks.
Good understanding of the general / technical acts of the job. Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment.
Allocates own time efficiently. Receives general instructions on all work. Performs basic data entry per pre- defined processes.
Enters sales data in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining documentation and records. Typically 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
This is an administrative processing role that requires worker to monitor incoming services requests and turn those requests around within a defined turn around time.
Work performed includes providing customized service price band and qty information obtained from our SAP O&C application and providing that information to our product quoting teams.
This is a US Federal business requirement and the worker must by a US Citizen. The worker will be using SAP application, excel spreadsheets, outlook and SharePoint.
