Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within our establishment, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to company standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties as needed
- Dust furniture, clean surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the appropriate department
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial roles preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in floor care techniques
- Understanding of hotel industry standards
- Proficiency in maintaining cleanliness to high standards
