Position: 15487 - Portfolio Manager

Location: Hybrid – Rosemead, CA

Position Summary

· Support the work group's Day to Day work/project intake, update of Project Management/Work Management and workflow systems and processes.

· Conduct recurring project/work review meetings.

· Provide ongoing reporting of work group workload and performance metrics.

· Assist in the update/management of the asset database for assets deployed in the field.

· Provide oversight and reporting of progress related to ongoing projects and programs.

· Works under the direction of a Senior Manager and Manager.

· Provides support to the Senior Manager, Manager, Engineers, and Field Technicians.

Required Education, Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· Typically possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques.

· Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere to schedules, develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, operate under tight time constraints.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas and information to different audiences and levels.

· Ability to communicate and interact effectively with a wide range of personnel, from field level to senior management. Ability to work with clients in other OU's, and external customers.

· Ability to devise and implement processes.

Preferred Knowledge

· Knowledge of the operation of electric utilities

· Knowledge of IT Operations

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
