Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive services and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:
- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for vehicles in need of bodywork
- Communicate with customers to explain repair estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with the body shop team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto estimating or automotive diagnostics
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
- Knowledge of auto service management and mechanical processes
- Ability to handle cash transactions and sales inquiries
- Familiarity with shocks, struts, air brakes, and other mechanical components
- Experience as a service technician is a plus
