Your Tasks

• Consistent improvements on assembly equipment by making programming changes in the PLC orother systems to reduce cycle time and increase reliability
• Developing and changing of automation processes through programming the PLC
• Implementing of MES, set up, implementation, maintain, reporting ,additional vision systems and scanners, setting up communication to the main PLC and integrating it into the code
• Provide higher level of support for maintenance technicians during break down situations through troubleshooting methods
• Developing and executing training for development of other team members
• Administration and key user for internal systems and applications such as version dog
• Coordination of interface between Shopfloor IT and industrial networks including Profibus, Profinet
• Support of equipment procurement within the procurement phases (design, delivery release, final acceptance) and signoff of the equipment
• Support standardization of equipment and adherence of standards by working closely with suppliers
• Additional tasks as required including after hour support and remote support, organization and
• tracking of Work Orders for programmers.

Your Profile

• Three years experience in a maintenance related field of a series production company, preferably in the automotive field and focused in automation tasks such as PLC and HMI programming
