We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. This role primarily focuses on covering open territories when a salesperson leaves the company. The ideal candidate will be adept at quickly understanding our products/services, identifying sales opportunities, and effectively engaging with customers to sustain revenue and retention. This is NOT a sales role.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Territory Coverage: When a salesperson vacates their position, assume responsibility for managing and nurturing relationships within assigned territories.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain meaningful interactions with top customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams in marketing, product strategy, and customer experience to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with company objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new products, market dynamics, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness and ability to support the customers.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs
  • Utilize internal tools to ensure standardized approach to the sales process
