Your mission:

• The IT manager is responsible for the Server, Network and Operational Technology Infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems and OT that support core organizational functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for the enterprise’s IT and OT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and associated technologies.
• Guide a team of IT and OT professionals in the deployment and maintenance of network, server, and operational technology infrastructure.
• Manage the design and implementation of new IT and OT network solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
• Secure all aspects of the network, server, and OT infrastructure against internal and external threats.
• Supervise system performance, resolve issues, and ensure all systems and technologies operate at optimal efficiency.
• Formulate and oversee the IT and OT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and investment value.
• Engage with vendors and manage service providers to procure infrastructure-specific products and services.
• Establish and maintain a disaster recovery plan to minimize downtime and data loss in IT and OT systems.
• Leads IT/OT audits and participates in internal and external audits; oversees and coordinates responses to IT/OT audit requests.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT and OT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience with server virtualization technologies, network architecture, data center operations, and OT systems.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, especially in OT environments.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or relevant OT certifications are highly desirable.
• Robust leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
