General Manager Requirements:

• A minimum of five years of upper management experience, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Communicate with the owner, executive management, and the chef to assess the business's financial success and the quality of the guest experience
• Strong financial expertise, with extensive knowledge in profit and loss (P&L), budgeting, and forecasting
• Hiring the right candidates and continually improving the staff is of the utmost importance

General Manager Qualifications:

• Communicates information effectively and efficiently
• Ability to utilize traditional software programs such as Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and any additional systems as needed; Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Able to lift 30 pounds
