STEP Inc is Hiring a Family Services Advocate Near Rocky, VA
STEP, Inc. is seeking applicants for a full-time Family Services Advocate position in Franklin County. The Family Services Advocate will be responsible for providing direct services to children and families enrolled in the Early Head Start/Head Start programs with multiple needs through education, linkage to community resources, home visits, and goal development.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse families;
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Associate degree in Social Work or related field preferred;
- Knowledge of community resources.
Salary range $14.20 - $17.70 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, sick/vacation, and 401k.
