Job Description
JOB TITLE --- Sr Materials Coordinator
LOCATION ----- Rocky Mount NC - 27804
Duration ----- 6 Months Contract (Extendable)
Shift time - 1st shift - 7am – 3pm (Overtime and Weekend hours are required)
Pay Rate - $21 per hour
Description:
Understand and follow all Quality Management policies and procedures relate to Order Management. You are responsible to providing feedback on all processes in order to support continuous improvement efforts in place for Order Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor help desk
• Deal with questions on orders
• Join training for Global Order Management
• Develop standard work
• Validate and process Software orders
• Review customer operations and optimize processes
• Manage product transitions
YOU MUST HAVE:
• High School Diploma
2 years of Material Management
WE VALUE:
• Good presentation skills
• Good Experion Hardware and software product knowledge desired
• Good customer service skills / customer relationship management
• Experience in Materials management
Top Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Excel
SAP Experience
Will require monitoring inventory levels of materials to ensure that they are adequate to meet demand
Tracking all part shortages and working with materials/internal teams to resolve
