As a Quality Analyst within PNC's ET&S organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham, AL or Rocky Mount, NC. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.
This position requires analytical and critical thinking skills. The Analyst will be part of a team that supports critical and time sensitive reviews of complex data elements that are in need of missing data and/or correcting incorrect data by analyzing other documents to determine information to be supplied to our internal clients. This individual will also be required to work with a smaller sub-set of the team to create a process, document the steps to collect requested information for clients and develop the system requirements for tracking/monitoring the final results for client delivery. Individual should be able to change their thought process at a moments notice due to a changing shift in project needs. At times, this Analyst may be required to perform production work. Individual must be able to focus for long periods of time to meet goals assigned to specific projects so that the team can meet scheduled deadlines for delivering a final product.
Job Description
Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
Participates in supplier quality improvement initiatives; works with suppliers to develop and improve incoming quality levels.
Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, facilitates effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
