EveryMind is hiring a Bilingual Care Manager to join our Youth & Family Services team. This role is responsible for direct case management services within a Montgomery County Public school and community-based program designed to integrate a system of resources and services for youth and families and to support them in achieving their goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision to be exercised:
Occasional supervision of Interns and/or volunteers.
Supervision to be received:
Receives supervision from Manager of Counseling Services.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in social service field required.
Experience:
Two years successful experience in the social services field. Experience with case management service delivery preferred. Experience working with youth and adolescents strongly preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated organizational and community building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Accurate record keeping and data entry proficiency. Bilingual Spanish required.
Abilities:
Effectively interact and work collaboratively in a flexible work environment with a variety of constituents including CEO, board members, clients and family members or caretakers, interns, volunteers, paid staff, and community partners. Ability to express ideas with clarity, confidence and sensitivity. Must be able to maintain confidentiality involving clients in accordance with organizational and federal guidelines. Familiarity with working and hiring interns and volunteers. Able to supervise multiple people.

The employee must be available to perform the duties of the job mostly during core business hours (between 9-5pm, M-F), some flexibility with schedule may be available (evening and/or weekend hours). Employee will work mostly on-site but may work some hours remotely with approval of supervisor. The employee must pass a criminal background check. Certain job functions may require employee to pass a child sexual abuse and other criminal activity as well as a credit check. All staff providing services to staff or clients, must be free of illegal drugs and abuse of alcohol, and must be fully able to perform all required duties at all times.
