Day to Day :

An Employer is looking to hire a Desktop Technician in Derwood, MD. This individual will be responsible for the following :

• Supporting Montgomery County and performing support to computers, tablets and phones : reimaging, swapping out systems, doing any replacements, data transfers, deployments, etc
• Managing and meeting strict SLA's
• Hours are Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM
• Troubleshooting syncing iPhones / Android Phones relating to Outlook
• Working on a team of 8 individuals in a fast paced environment
• Asset Management

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have :

• Experience providing end user support
• Experience troubleshooting extensively in Microsoft Outlook, preforming remote log ins, password resets, active directory, working with a ticketing system
• Professional, great customer service, and strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain CompTIA A certification within 6 months of starting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
