Paradise Key Dockside Bar & Grill is Hiring a Front of House Manager Near Rockport, TX

Paradise Keys is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House (FOH) Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant’s front-of-house staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Staff Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new employees to maintain high standards of service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Customer Service:

  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure service is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
  • Ensure the dining area, bar, and other public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor and control front-of-house operational costs and expenses.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all front-of-house operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
  • Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
