With our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic Risk Management Coordinator to join the team.

Job Summary: The Risk Management Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Risk Management team to allow effective incident, insurance, and risk management, communication, and collaboration, ultimately leading to better outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Incident Management support, which includes, but is not limited to:

· Intake, to include incoming lawsuits

· Communications with internal and external stakeholders

· Obtaining proper documentation/supports

· Investigation

· Routine status updates

· Decisioning

· Negotiate settlements

· Sending releases

· Payments

· Resolution

Insurance Management support, which includes, but is not limited to:

· Processing invoices

· Incoming and outgoing communications

· Assisting with fleet program as needed

· Insurance carrier policy update notifications

Support the Risk Management program as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Critical Decision-Making, Efficient Communication and Coordination, which includes internal and external stakeholders.

· Friendly, outgoing personality.

· Ability to work independently and leverage internal resources to meet the needs of our customers.

· Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

· Minimum 4-years customer service experience.

· Insurance background preferred.

· BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
