SYNERGY HomeCare is Hiring a Cna needed Near Rockledge, FL
Synergy HomeCare is looking for experienced, compassionate CNAs for weekdays in the : Rockledge area to join our SYNERGY HomeCare family.
Schedule : Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 10am - 2pm and 8pm - 9pm (optional).
SYNERGY HomeCare offers :

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including personal care and companionship
- MUST be experienced inserting Folel and / or Intermittent Catheters
- Assist client with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

- Qualifications & Requirements
- CNA License
- Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
- Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
- Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse
- Reliable transportation / Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with ALZ / DEM Memory care a plus!
