Health Circle is a locally owned South Shore, adult-use recreational cannabis dispensary located in Rockland, Massachusetts. We are located immediately off Route 3 at Exit 35

Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of the interior and exterior of the building including cleaning, disinfecting, general upkeep and performing repairs, as needed.

Job Duties

• Performs thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch and high-traffic areas throughout the day including, but not limited to rest rooms, dusting, cleaning of furniture, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors, the emptying and cleaning of wastebaskets and trash containers, replacement of light bulbs and the restocking and refilling of restroom products.
• Follows product and equipment instructions regarding its’ use (e.g., vacuums, chemicals, supplies) including what is labeled as “use as directed”.
• Washes accessible interior and exterior windows ensuring no streaks.
• Light maintenance and repairs including the general upkeep and repair of the building’s exterior and interior.
• Assists with the setup of facilities for meetings, training rooms, conferences, events, etc. by moving furniture and/or enabling equipment as directed by Management.
• Ensures the proper handling and disposing of waste and recycling materials.
• Performs general maintenance and minor repair work as necessary, candidate should be mechanically inclined with some knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical and/or carpentry.
• Performs external cleaning and related activities such as the removal of snow or debris from sidewalks, stairs, and parking lot, as well as the sanding and/or salting of icy or slippery areas to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
• Performs regular and preventive landscaping (e.g., weeding, trimming of shrubbery).
• Reports any concerns or questions to Management in a timely manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule during retail hours (standard (days, evenings, and weekends), peak, and holiday)
• Performs all duties as assigned.

Required Education, Training, Knowledge and Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass all background checks required by law.
• 2 - 3 years of related effective maintenance and custodial experience.
• Required to work on ladders up to 12’ above the floor/ground.
• Commitment to arrive for scheduled work shifts on time and maintain consistent attendance.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
• Promotes and fosters a positive behavior and work environment.

• General retain showroom and stockroom environment in which you may remain standing on your feet up to 95% to the time during the work shift which may be up to ten (10) hours. May also be required to stoop, kneel, reach, lift and /or carry during the work shift. General office work may be performed in a sitting position and may require standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and carrying during the work shift. During the workday, the employee maybe required to lift and move material of up to approximately 25 lbs. solely and safely.
