- Posts payments to appropriate accounts
- Assist customers, sales representatives and internal staff with payments, credits, invoices, balances due and adjustments
- Research and resolves unapplied cash/payments that don’t have proper remittance
- Monitor status of returned checks
- Prepares, prints, and processes customer statements on a bi-weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist new sales representatives with mobile deposit app
- Accumulates, sorts, and files receivable documentation to facilitate research and reconciliation
- Print reports for management as needed
- Serve as back up for credit hold releases
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 – 12 months experience in finance, accounting,
level accounting classes
- Basic knowledge of MSOffice – Outlook, Word and Excel
