This position's responsibilities include:
- making five hours a day of outbound calls to potential customers
- training on specific scripted techniques and putting them into practice
- developing new leads
- creating and maintaining your client base
- sourcing parts
- creating quotes and sales orders
- closing sales and achieving quotas
- managing open orders and returns
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
RequirementsAny offer of employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen and a background check.Ideal candidate requirements:
- 2 years of Inside Sales Experience (prospecting, cold calling, problem solving, communication skills, active listening skills, time-management skills, organizational skills)
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have a valid Driver's License and safe driving record
- Have a friendly and professional personality. You will be communicating (Phone, email, chats and video calls) with customers, vendors and peers all day long
- Have above-average computer and data entry skills, with the ability to grasp concepts quickly
- Have a logistical mind and follow continuous improvement methodologies. We are always looking for ways to improve our processes to become more efficient
Mon to Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Location:
- On Site in Rock Hill SC: 1843 Tucker Street, Rock Hill SC 29730 with occasional travel in territory to meet with top customers once or twice a year
- Traveling by plane is required occasionally as company wide meetings will be attended in-person, four times a year in either SC, MI or TX
