Acara Solutions is Hiring a Customer Service (Invoicing/Billing) Near Rochester, NY
Here's what you'd do:
- Match client invoices to timecards and review client invoicing for accuracy
- Submit Invoices to End Debtors
- Research and advise the customer of discrepancies to determine what course of action the customer wants.
- Advance to Work with CSRs and Team Leads to resolve invoicing issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Evaluation factors invoices are correct.
- Invoices are mailed promptly.
- The error rate stays within acceptable standards.
- Timely follow-up on exceptions and timely notification of management
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience in MS Office
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous invoicing/billing experience
- Understanding of basic accounting principles including payroll taxes A/P A/R and cash posting
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $15.01 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
