We develop revolutionary food processing techniques that transform typically frozen and refrigerated foods into shelf-stable options to improve global accessibility and supply chain sustainability. Our team of food scientists, engineers, and microbiologists is focused on scaling our underlying technology platform and commercializing the first shelf-stable French fry.
JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing and Process Engineer will lead and assist with the successful design, scale-up, build-out and operation of novel food processing technologies. The individual will support the Pilot system and is responsible for leading projects and initiatives as part of the overall research and manufacturing processes. The position serves a critical need working closely with engineering, Product Development, Quality Assurance & Control, Operations Team, external engineering firms, equipment vendors, and company leadership.
