Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Manager to oversee the meat department at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, customer service, and food safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the meat department
- Ensure product is out for sale, displayed neatly, is priced and within company freshness guidelines
- Supervise and train staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with food safety standards
- Develop creative strategies to increase department sales and profitability
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry
- Previous retail management experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and presentation

Pay: $16.90 - $17.50 per hour
