Responsibilities :
- Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Conduct material take-offs and procure quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine estimates and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and market conditions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in residential construction estimation, specifically custom and single-family homes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
