Job Description :

Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with customers in the custom injection molding industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Business Development : Identify and target potential clients within the custom injection molding industry. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, lead generation, and cold calling.

Collaborate with the technical and production teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Market Analysis : Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights and opportunities.

Contribute to the development of pricing strategies.

Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis.

Travel : Travel to client locations, trade shows, and industry events as needed to promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the injection molding industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of custom injection molding processes, materials, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
