Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT operations and network security, aligning them with organizational goals
• Supervise a talented team of 3 IT professionals, fostering growth and providing guidance
• Develop and manage IT strategies, budgets, and goals to support business objectives
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to address business needs and optimize technology use
• Oversee system performance, making recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards
• Manage asset inventory and warranty tracking
• Implement disaster recovery and backup procedures, and provide strategic security leadership

Background Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10 years of experience in IT management, including leadership roles
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and plans
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
• Expertise in network security and data protection
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and backup systems
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and database management
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and compliance
