Leddy Group is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Rochester, NH

Office Administrator Our established manufacturing client needs an experienced Office Administrator! You’ll provide high-level support to the leadership team in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator

  • Support leadership team by managing schedules and arranging travel
  • Assist HR, Marketing, and Customer Service as needed
  • Facilitate smooth communications between departments and with external parties
  • Arrange meetings and take minutes, and organize key events
  • Prepare deposits for Finance
  • Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, and beverages.
  • Perform additional support tasks as required

Qualifications of the Office Administrator

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred
  • 5 years of experience in a forward-facing administrative or customer service role
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of ERP system preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

The Office Administrator works Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00pm for $20-$25/hour, DOE.
