Required Skills and Experience
2-5 years of previous on-site deskside / technical support experience
Proficiency in technical support for Windows 7, 10 and 11 operating systems
Experience performing varying degrees of problem determination and resolution for desktop hardware and software issues
Familiarity performing Installs, Moves, Adds and Change (IMAC) activities as well as data backup and restore
Experience working in a customer facing environment
Strong communication skills including email, phone and in-person
Preferred Skills and Experience
2-5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity for a team of technical support specialists, ensuring smooth daily operation
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
