Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our reception area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and project coordination
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Provide clerical support such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficient in computerized systems for office management
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and etiquette
- Experience with event planning or project coordination is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage office operations efficiently
- Ability to provide outstanding customer support
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
