Western Gynecological & Obstetrical Clinic is Hiring an Office Manager Near Riverton, UT
The office manager assists the obstetrical and gynecologic clinic in running the office in an efficient, cost-effective and patient-centered manner. Duties include hiring and scheduling staff, ordering supplies, working with vendors, and maintaining the office budget.
The office manager must have:
Demonstrated experience using computerized accounting and medical billing systems. We use Greenway and Quickbooks.
High school diploma required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical office management
Have the ability to lead and motivate staff.
Be able to communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients.
Have general knowledge of some medical terminology, medical billing and coding, and Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
Have knowledge and lead physician and mid-level credentialing along with recruitment for the practice, currently with 4 physicians.
