Responsibilities

• Solicits and manages leads for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Handle all incoming sales requests from internal and external customers.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Manage all aspects of Insurance policy sales, service, and retention.

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-starter and self motivated

Professional phone etiquette.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.

Strong work ethic and reliable

Must have Property and Casualty and Life & health license or willing to be licensed
