Supervise our Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable & revenue. We are looking for someone who can start in this position on July 1, 2024.

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise the accounting team along with recruiting, training, and caring for the accounting volunteers.
• Monitor and update financial-related policies and procedures as needed.
• Ensure revenue and expenses are ready to be compiled for monthly closing according to GAAP.
• Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate training of departments on account coding, expense submission, and reimbursements.
• Database administrator for accounting processes.
• Manage filings for property, taxes, and legal entities.
• Manage and support quarterly external audit reviews.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

• Pay Range: $50k - $70k annually.
• We are looking to fill this position on July 1, 2024.
