Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks and possess strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff when necessary.

Experience:

The successful candidate should ideally possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in maintaining State regulation compliance within facility.
- Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing machinery.
- Working knowledge in apartment complex troubleshooting.
- Ability to use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
- Strong background in facilities maintenance.
- Excellent supervisory skills for leading maintenance teams.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
